2009年博士毕业后一直在半导体业界从事先进工艺的研发，对半导体工艺、半导体器件和器件建模有多年的实际工程经验，工艺节点包括28nm HKMG和14nm/7nm FinFET技术，对半导体器件分析、性能提升、器件测试结构设计、模型提取流程和方法等方面均有深入研究。
